Missouri
River Lodge is located 9 miles north of Stanton, North Dakota, and 8
miles from Knife River Indian Villages, National Historic Site.
Directions from Bismarck, ND to Missouri River Lodge
Travel west on I-94 past Bismarck -
Mandan and take exit 147 from I-94 turning north, or right, on Highway
25 toward Center, ND. Upon arriving at Center take Highway 48 through
Center to Highway 200A, turn left onto 200A toward Stanton, ND, then
turn off 200A on Highway 31 into Stanton. Highway 31 turns into Highway
37 as you drive by Stanton. Continue on Highway 37 going north 9 miles.
You will see our sign for Missouri River Lodge at Stanton and again 9
miles from Stanton showing you where to turn off the highway onto a
gravel road. On the gravel road you stay to the left at the two Y's you
will come upon, traveling 2.8 miles. You will come onto a red scoria
road that leads down into the river bottoms and onto our property. The
scoria road will wind around and you will find yourself right in front
of the lodge.
Directions from Minot, ND to Missouri River Lodge
Travel Highway 83 South from Minot to Coleharbor
(approximately 50 miles). Turn South, or right, off Highway 83 at
Coleharbor onto Highway 48 (going approximately 3 miles) to Highway
200. Turn right onto Highway 200 going West traveling past Riverdale
and Pick City for approximately 35 miles to mile marker 165. Here, you
will also see our sign on Highway 200 to your right, just before mile
marker 165. At mile marker 165 turn left onto Highway 37, travel 3
miles and you will see our sign where you turn off to the left, onto a
gravel road. Stay to the left at the two Y's in the road and travel 2.8
miles on the gravel road. You will come onto a red scoria road that
leads down into the river bottoms and onto our property. The scoria
road will wind around and you will find yourself right in front of the
lodge.
